Please see our Delivery and Returns page for full information. Currently, we only offer shipping to UK and Europe. For all other parts of the world please call us and we will be happy to supply you with a quote. If you have already placed an order you can manage your delivery and track your parcel through ‘My Account’ on our website.
All Orders received by us before 12pm Monday-Friday will be sent the same day via the services below. Orders received after 12pm Friday will not guarantee to be shipped until the following Monday.
Returns
You have the right to return any unused item in its original packaging up to 28 days after your completed purchase. You will be contacted on receipt of the goods back to our address and a full refund will be issued.
If there is a fault or manufacturing issue with the product after the 28 days please call our customer services team to discuss on 01922 263600.
Please allow 10 working days for all returns to be assessed before a response is received from us.
