The 14 Day Money Back Guarantee is now available in the USA!

We recommend that you ride in your saddle as much as possible and take part in all of your normal riding activities, dressage, hacking, jumping, competitions etc. You may also want to arrange to have a lesson with your instructor throughout this period.

From receipt of the saddle you will have 14 days to try your saddle, this includes weekends and bank holidays.

Please note all saddles need to be returned to us in the same packaging as you received them. This is important as the boxes we use are tough boxes limiting any damage during transit to the saddle. All tags also need to be included in the box; we appreciate these will have had to be removed for you to trial them, but we will still require them back. Please note all saddles are expected back in a ‘Clean’ condition. If the saddle is not clean we will charge a cleaning fee of $20 per saddle. It is your responsibility to ensure the saddle is kept secure and stored correctly.
